Hi, I’m Becky — a yoga teacher and nurse with a deep passion for helping others find balance, connection, and calm both on and off the mat.
I first tried yoga about five years ago, but honestly, it didn’t click at first. I found it challenging and even a little frustrating. It wasn’t until a few years later, when I was struggling with my own mental health, that yoga truly found me. What began as a way to cope soon became a sanctuary — a space to breathe, slow down, and rediscover myself. From that point on, everything about yoga began to make sense, and I’ve never looked back.
In 2024, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Bali, an experience that deepened my understanding of the practice and inspired me to share it with others. My classes blend mindful movement with breathwork, inviting you to tune into your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner self. You can expect a balance of gentle guidance and energising flow — with a focus on alignment, self-awareness, and mindfulness.
As both a nurse and a yoga teacher, I’m passionate about creating a supportive space for others to rest, reset, and grow. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, my goal is to help you find strength, stillness, and a deeper connection to yourself.
